Return eligibility

Our return policy applies to products purchased directly from On The Nose Co.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Requests received outside the 30-day period may not be eligible for a return or refund.
  • If a product appears faulty or unsuitable for your skin type, our team may first ask you to try the recommended application method to confirm correct use and adhesion.
  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted for nose strips or mouth tape where 70% or more of the contents have been used.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important: Our 30-day guarantee applies to your initial order only.

How to start a return

Contact our customer support team before sending any items back.

  • Email hello@onthenoseco.com within the 30-day return period.
  • Include your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will provide instructions and confirm the next steps.
  • Pack the items securely and include your original order details so our warehouse can identify the return.

Refund and exchange options

Once your return is received, our team will inspect it and confirm the outcome.

  • Refund: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
  • Exchange: If you would prefer a different product, let us know when contacting customer support. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the order, without exception.

Non-refundable items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Subscription orders that were shipped before a cancellation request was received.
  • Gift cards or store vouchers.
  • Nose strips or mouth tape where 70% or more of the product has been used.
  • Original shipping charges.

Damaged or defective items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged or appears defective.

  • Email our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • We may request photos, packaging details or further information to assess the product.
  • Once the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Please note: Skin type, natural oils, moisture and incorrect application can affect adhesion. These circumstances do not automatically mean the product is defective.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise confirmed by our support team.

  • Use a trackable shipping service so the parcel can be located if delayed or lost.
  • Include your order number inside the parcel for identification.
  • Keep your tracking receipt until your return has been completed.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
